the Gibbes Museum of Art
October 22, 2026
CINÉ curates a fine-art exhibition at the Gibbes Museum of Art benefiting My Sister’s House. Original art, live music, and film come together in a richly layered evening. The night opens into a full salon from the moment guests arrive, and ends in shared energy, beauty, and celebration.
Artwork is available for acquisition through advance preview and on site during the event.
Artist receives 50% of the sale price, set by the artist, excluding sales tax. The remaining 50% benefits My Sister's House programs.
If you choose to have us frame your work, framing costs will be deducted from your payout, capped at $75 for small works and $200 for large works. You are welcome to provide your own frame, but it must be gallery-appropriate and is subject to approval.
We recommend pricing work at your standard studio or gallery rate.
A collector preview and presale will run in the weeks leading up to the event. Select works will only be available for acquisition during the exhibition. We manage display, pricing info, collector communication, and payment processing so the experience is seamless for both artists and buyers.
If a piece isn't collected during the exhibition, artists may choose to have it returned after the event or keep it available through CINÉ for post-event collector sales.
Final inclusion will be curated with the overall exhibition in mind. Artists are welcome to submit existing work, work already in progress, or new work developed in response to the theme. In all cases, inclusion will depend on the strength of the submission and its fit within the emotional arc and overall curation of the exhibition.
Optional resource material is available if useful, including narrative excerpts, poetry, music playlists, and thematic starting points.
Each piece will be professionally photographed in advance to support collector preview and presale, and the full exhibition evening will be documented as it unfolds.
Select artists may be invited for brief optional in-studio film capture, including process footage and a short interview.
